
This tasty dish is the perfect appetizer for a party or before dinner. It is a delicious way to use up radishes that are rarely eaten in our house.
Toasted Crostini with Radishes

Ingredients
2 T extra virgin olive oil
2 t chopped fresh chives
1 garlic clove pressed
9 oz. of herbed spreadable cheese
4-6 radishes trimmed and thinly sliced
Slices of Baguette
Directions
Preheat oven broiler.
In a small bowl combine oil, chives and garlic.
Evenly brush onto slices of bread.
Place bread under broiler for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes for each side.
Spread evenly with cheese and top with a thin layer of radish rounds.
Sprinkle with remaining chives if desired.
